EXTRACTION
FLM Hemp Solutions uses a sub-zero alcohol extractor that efficiently provides quality material no matter the batch size. Our process uses food-grade isopropyl and offers many advantages over CO2 Extraction. Our process eliminates the need for dewaxing or winterization in a separate process. We make sure we have the best materials for making distillate and isolate.
Your biomass to crude oil process means you get the most out of your hemp in terms of quality and quantity. Our V2 recovers over 98% of the solvents allowing us to guarantee the quality of your end product. And our process of testing post extracted material indicates less than 1% remaining cannabinoids, meaning we aren’t leaving your profits in the waste material.

FLM Hemp Solutions provides a number of options to help you monetize your crop. We offer toll processing and entertain splits, so you can choose how involved in the selling process you want to be.
Our toll processing is the simplest way to monetize your crop. You deliver your crop, we extract the oil and then it’s up to you to do what you want with it.
We also entertain a split deal between FLM and the farmer. By splitting the end product with us you reduce your overall up-front investment, while still receiving a share of your end product to sell and distribute how you want. If you would like help with selling your product, please contact us.
